When will I receive my order?

Lavani ships all orders within 24 hours after they are placed. After that, the shipping company will have your jewelry delivered to your home in the time frame you have chosen when placing your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of your shipment will depend on your city, country and the method you choose: standard or express. You have all the information at the top of this page.

What packaging is included in my order?

 - 1 box or case for each item of jewellery you have ordered. 

- 1 Quality Certificate per order and jewellery care advice. 

- 1 shipping box per order*.

In case you want to order several gifts for different people and you need the complete set for each person, please indicate this in the notes of your order. 

Which transport company delivers my order?

- We currently ship to Spain and Portugal through the courier company Correos Express

- In the rest of Europe, we operate through DHL

- For all other areas, we operate through UPS

In any case, you will receive a direct link to track your parcel on the carrier's website in your order confirmation e-mail. 

Can my order be delayed?

For our part, we are very strict in complying with the above delivery deadlines. However, it is possible that your package may be delayed due to no-show, incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure or local holidays. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the customer and/or the shipping company, in no case will it be borne by Lavani Jewels. 

Are there multiple delivery attempts?

Yes. All the courier companies we work with make 3 delivery attempts at home.

You will receive an e-mail and/or SMS the day before the delivery of your order indicating the time slot in which the carrier will pass by. In case you will not be available, you can easily change it.

If, despite 3 delivery attempts, they have not been able to deliver your order, it will be stored at the carrier's premises for 15 days before it is returned to LAVANI JEWELS.

What do I have to do if my order is returned to origin?

Don't worry! Please contact us so that we can get your jewelry back to you.

In the event that your package is returned by the courier company either because it is incomplete, impossible to locate you at home or unable to contact you by phone for delivery, the costs involved in reshipping are borne by the customer. 

Can the order be sent to someone else?

The delivery address for online purchases can be any address. For example, if you wish, you can send the order as a gift to another person by indicating their name and address in the shipping address during the purchase process. 

Can you gift wrap my order?

Of course! If you want a gift presentation, please indicate it in the notes of your order. You can add a congratulatory note for the recipient if you wish by writing it down in the same section.
