Of course it is! If the product does not fit you 100%, you can exchange it for another of equal or higher value, as long as it is communicated within 14 days.

What is the deadline for making a change?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your package to make any exchange or return.

Remember that it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without signs of use, otherwise no exchange will be possible.

What steps should I take to make a change?

1. Fill in your details in our Care. Follow all the steps of the form.

2. In the next few days you will receive approval of your exchange and instructions on how to send the product to our offices. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Once we receive your product in our offices, we will send you a COUPON specially created for you, with which you will be able to exchange your product for another product.

Lavani Jewels will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

In which cases can I change an item?

- I do not exceed the maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Lavani Jewels will not be responsible for the exchange of the item until it arrives back to us. The item must be shipped in its original packaging. 2. Ask us for a pre-paid shipping label to deliver your order to one of our 10,000 pick-up points:

The cost of the label per package is 5,50 Euros for Spain - Peninsula. For all other destinations, you will be informed of the cost from the Customer Service Center.

This amount will be deducted from the COUPON we will issue equivalent to the amount of the item you wish to exchange.

3. Deliver the jewel in our store in VALENCIA.

You must deliver the jewel and have the order confirmation e-mail at hand. You will be able to choose the jewel to exchange it for in store.

*If you want to make a change in our store in MADRID, you must notify us before coming, so that we can correctly process your change.

What should I do if, by mistake, I receive a different item than the one requested?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us through the and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

At Lavani Jewels we carefully check all our jewelry before shipping to make sure it is in perfect condition. But if exceptionally you receive an item with any damage, please contact us from the de Atención alService and we will solve it as soon as possible.

In these cases:

- We will send you a new item in perfect condition, if available. We will pick up the defective item and deliver the new one, at no cost to you.

- In case it is not available, we will offer you, without price increase, a product with similar characteristics and specifications to the one initially requested, as long as it adapts to your needs and what you are looking for.

- If the item is not available and you do not wish to purchase another piece of jewellery, we will refund you within 7-10 working days.
