Our business model is low inventory, and every piece we make is sold, recycled or reinvented.
What is driving us to do this?
We are throwing so much plastic into the sea that by 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the water, and 50% of this plastic is made up of single-use plastic, and this is in our hands to change.
It is also important to know that only 9% of plastic ends up being recycled, so we must change this statistic now; the sea gives us energy, regulates the climate, provides us with food, contains an incredible diversity of species and has a very sensitive ecosystem. The sea is also an infinite source of inspiration: without it, we would not have been able to bring the Mermaid collection forward, inspired by ocean waves, summer travel and salt on the beach.
