How do I order online?

Shopping in our online store is easy. Just choose your jewel, add it to the shopping cart by clicking "add to cart". Once you have finished browsing our store, and you have chosen all your Lavani jewelry, you must go to the shopping cart icon (top right).

Once here, all you have to do is fill in your details and choose the payment method.

After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be shipped within 24 working hours to the address you provide.

If there is any difficulty in placing your order or navigating through our website, please try:

- If it is through PayPal, check that you have entered your password correctly.

How can I be sure that I have made the right purchase?

We always send an email to confirm that the purchase has been made correctly and then a second email to inform about the shipment of the order and the tracking number. Therefore, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive these communications, you can check your SPAM folder and if they are not there you can not contact us either.

Can I know the status of my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do so, open the shipping confirmation email that we sent you when your order was shipped, and through the tracking number provided and the link that appears in the email, you will be able to track your order in real time. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, as long as the order status allows it: the order must not have been shipped.

To do so, please send us an email to info@lavanijewels.com and we will inform you about the possibility of cancellation.

Remember that you will only be able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request. We usually respond within 1 or 2 working days. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you with more information.

You will not be able to cancel an order if it is a pre-sale product or if you have chosen a personalized jewel.

Will the product I buy be the same as the one I see in the picture?

The photographs that appear on the Web are faithful to the products, made in high quality with the aim of reflecting the maximum detail of each jewel. In some cases, the customer may find differences in those products in which the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, such as products made with natural stones, or products of the Lavani line. Remember that we work with natural semi-precious stones and nature is unique, so each stone will have its shine and special details and will be unique and exclusive.

On the other hand, there may be differences in colors and details depending on the monitor from which you are viewing our Web page.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

Don't worry, if an item is not available (and does not belong to the Outlet section), it will appear as "out of stock" and we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

In the case of a pre-sale product it means that we are manufacturing it for you. You will be able to see a warning in the product file itself of how many days it will take at the most, another one before finalizing your order and an email to remind you.
