10/ Right of withdrawal, changes and returns

As a general rule, any customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. In any case, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging and all its components, as otherwise, the product may be damaged or broken. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed to prevent damage during transport. 11/ Shipping and replacement of incorrect products

12/. Refund of amounts paid.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made through the payment method used for the purchase.

The refundable price is the original price shown on the order, including shipping costs.
