Is it possible to make changes?

Of course you can! If the product does not fit you 100%, you can exchange it for another of equal or higher value, as long as it is communicated within 14 days.

What is the deadline to make a change?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your package to make any exchange or return.

Remember that it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and the exchange must be made with all the elements that make up the order.

What steps should I follow to make a change?

1. Fill in your details in our CenterCustomer Care Center. Follow all the steps of the form.

2. In the next few days you will receive approval of your exchange and instructions on how to send the product to our offices. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Once we receive your product in our offices, we will send you a COUPON specially created for you, with which you will be able to exchange your product for another product.

Lavani Jewels will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

When can I change an item?

- I do not exceed the maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

- The product is in its original labelling and packaging, and is in perfect condition.

Remember that you must first contact our dede Atención al Cliente so that we know that we will receive your package. We will provide you with a PDF that you must print and attach to your package.

It is important that you provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Lavani in perfect condition. We advise you to choose a shipping method that guarantees the integrity of the package, such as registered mail or courier. Lavani Jewels will not be responsible for the exchange of the item until it arrives back to us. The item must be shipped in its original packaging. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping costs.

2. Request a pre-paid shipping label from us to deliver your order to one of our 10,000 pick-up points:

The cost of the label per package is 5,50 Euros for Spain - Peninsula. For other destinations, you will be informed of the cost from the Customer Service Center.

This amount will be deducted from the COUPON that we will issue equivalent to the amount of the item you want to exchange.

3. Deliver the jewel in our store in VALENCIA.

You must deliver the jewel and have the order confirmation e-mail at hand. You will be able to choose the jewel to exchange it for in store.

*If you want to make a change in our store in MADRID, you must notify us before coming, so that we can correctly process your change.

What should I do if, by mistake, I receive an item different from the one I ordered?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us through the and we will send the correct one as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

At Lavani Jewels we carefully check all our jewels before sending them so that they are in perfect condition. But if exceptionally an item arrives with some damage, contact us from the Customer Service Center and we will solve it as soon as possible. Keep in mind that you must report the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In these cases:

- We will send you a new item in perfect condition, if it is available. We will collect the defective item and deliver the new one, at no cost to you.

- In case it is not available, we will offer you, without price increase, a product with characteristics and specifications similar to the one initially requested, as long as it suits your needs and what you are looking for.

- In the event that the item is not available and you do not want to purchase another jewel, we will refund the amount within 7 -10 business days.

Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, LAVANI
