ORGANIZING COMPANY.
The company Lavani Jewels SL, with registered office at Calle Conde Salvatierra 34 bajo 2 46004 (Valencia) Spain, with CIF B98882087 (hereinafter "LAVANI"), organizes on the dates indicated below, the Sweepstakes with obligation to purchase a trip to Italy through the Smartbox box for 3 days in Naples under the conditions set out in these Rules.
TERM.
The draw starts on July 4, 2022 at 21:00 and ends on July 31, 2022 at 23:59 CEST.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE.
Whoever wishes to participate must:
- Make a purchase of any amount on www.lavanijewels.com between the dates indicated.
- Make a purchase in a physical store in Valencia (C/Conde Salvatierra 34) or Madrid (C/Diego de León 2).
AWARD.
This raffle consists of two types of prizes:
MAIN PRIZE: A 3-day Smartbox in Naples that includes:
- 3 days stay for 2 people to choose from 16 hostels, villas, hotels up to 4* and much more. SECURE PRIZE FOR PARTICIPATION
- A secure prize under the scratch card that will consist of a discount code to spend on our website in the next 3 months.
SCOPE.
This is an international sweepstakes, and it should be noted that, as stipulated, the prize includes accommodation and the winner will be responsible for transportation to the site.
WINNERS.
The winner of the trip MUST CONTACT LAVANI if under the scratch card he/she finds the travel prize in order to redeem it.
If no contact is received from anyone who has placed an order once all orders for the month of July have been delivered, LAVANI will conduct a random drawing on August 15th to find a winner. The winner in this case authorizes Lavani to use their contact information provided in the purchase process to contact them and inform them of their prize. Said winner will be chosen RANDOMLY ensuring the validity of a completely fair draw, through the following process:
- An extract of information will be made for all orders placed on www.lavanijewels.com between July 4, 2022 at 21:00 CEST and July 31, 2022 at 23:59 CEST.
- An Excel sheet will be created in which column one will have the order numbers between these dates (one per row) and column two will have a cardinal integer.
- On the web page https://www.augeweb.com/azar/ the number 1 will be entered in the fields "From", "To" the last existing number associated to an order number and in result 1. A random number will be generated and the order number that is associated in Excel to the random number generated will be the winner.
The winner will be contacted directly by Lavani as stipulated and will also be announced at the end of this post and on Instagram and Facebook without revealing any personal details: just order number and proper name without surname.
MAIN AWARD CEREMONY.
Once the process to obtain the winner has been completed, either because the winner contacts LAVANI during the month of July or because the winner is chosen in the case of not receiving contact from anyone, LAVANI and the winner will get in touch to deliver the Smartbox online so that he/she can redeem it whenever he/she wishes.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE BASES AND RESPONSIBILITY.
The mere fact of participating in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Rules.
Lavani reserves the right to modify the Rules of the Sweepstakes, partially or totally at any time, only in case of any irregularity detected. Once any modification is made, it will be duly made known to the participants on Lavani's website.
Lavani reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Sweepstakes all those participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these Terms and Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for any reason whatsoever, entails the loss of all rights deriving from his/her status as such.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the participant's disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
Lavani is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
