From the moment you buy your jewelry and up to 2 years thereafter, Lavani covers with its free standard warranty any damage or defect of the jewelry that has occurred due to a manufacturing defect. It does not cover accidental breakage and wear and tear of the jewelry due to improper use, such as scratched, tarnished jewelry or discolored stones. This warranty applies to original LAVANI jewelry purchased through one of our official channels.
Manufacturing defects identified at the time of receipt of the jewel such as:
- Jewel structure
- Metal defects
- Irregular gold plating
- Stone damage
- Irregular crimps
- Malfunctioning fasteners
Damage subsequent to the use of the jewel such as:
- Erosions due to chemical products (creams, perfumes, bleaches, makeup...)
- Deformation of rings due to use
- Crimps modified or bent by daily use (including loss of stones)
- Inevitable scratches or wear and tear from use
- Sticks, links or broken chains
If another jeweler performs work on our pieces, including resizing or repairs, our warranty will be void.
Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, including internal inclusions, visible or not, are unique and individual to each gemstone. Natural precious and semi-precious stones are unique in color and are not guaranteed to be exactly as pictured. These characteristics are what make your LAVANI jewelry unique, and should not be considered a defect.

If upon inspection, we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you with a quotation for the Spherical Service repair service.
After the two years of warranty, we offer for those who want to give a new life to their jewelry if it has been worn by external agents, a service called Esféride. "Give your jewelry a 360º turn and enjoy it like new!
