Lavani Jewels SL, with registered office at Calle Conde Salvatierra, 34 46004 - Valencia and NIF B98882087, is organizing a free raffle aimed at residents of mainland Spain, excluding those areas where they do not deliver their products, and aimed at adults.
2. Start and end dates of the draw
The drawing will begin on October 15, 2024, and will end on November 28, 2024, at 8:59 a.m., at which point entries will close.
3. Prize
A €300 voucher to spend at Lavani will be raffled off among all participants, with one winner selected. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other compensation and is non-transferable.
4. How to participate and the mechanics of the draw
All customers who subscribe to the Lavani newsletter with their personal email address, using the sweepstakes registration form between October 15 and November 28, 2024, will be entered into a draw for a €300 voucher. Only new Lavani subscriptions will be eligible. To be eligible for the prize, participants must remain subscribed to Lavani email notifications at the time of prize delivery. Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified. Entries submitted after the sweepstakes closing date and time, or that do not meet the requirements, will be considered void.

Be of legal age and participate on your own behalf. Individuals with employment or professional ties to Lavani and first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the drawing.
6. Choosing the winner
A random drawing will be held among those who meet all the requirements. The winner's name will be published on October 28, 2024, in these legal terms.
7. Communication with the winner
We will contact the winner by email to explain how to claim the prize. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, a new drawing will be held to select another winner. The result will also be announced in these terms and conditions.
To receive the prize, the winner must have an active customer account on the Lavani website.
8. Validity period and delivery of the prize
The prize is free of charges and taxes. The winner will be contacted to request the necessary information to apply the €300 coupon to their customer account.
9. Raffle promotion
The draw will be visible on Lavani's website.
10. Personal data
The personal data requested will be used exclusively for the delivery of the prize.
11. Responsibility
Lavani is not responsible for any damages of any kind that participants in the sweepstakes may experience, provided these are beyond Lavani's control and within the limits established by applicable regulations. Lavani will not be liable, including but not limited to, internet connection problems that affect participation, the availability of the sweepstakes pages, or the continued operation of the sweepstakes pages.
